Identifying factors that contribute to the creation of bottlenecks in administrative corruption, along with providing ways to prevent administrative health damage

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the creation of administrative corruption bottlenecks and to provide ways to prevent administrative health damage. This research is an applied research based on its objectives and is based on data collection and a descriptive-survey research design. The statistical population is 2106 employees of Mazandaran Province Gas Company. Considering the size of the statistical population, sampling using the Cochran formula for the 2106-person population, a sample of 326 people was selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool is standard questionnaires. It has also been localized with theoretical literature and also based on scales conducted in other research. In order to localize the questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaire was approved with the opinion of the supervisor and other university professors familiar with the research topic. Then, it was divided among the sample individuals and the questionnaires and information obtained from the research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS22 and Smart PLS4 software. The findings from inferential statistics showed that, based on the findings, there are 7 main factors affecting administrative corruption in the Mazandaran Province Gas Company, including legal, legal, administrative, economic, organizational, personality, supervisory, social, and awareness factors, which have a significant impact and a significant role in the occurrence of corruption in the gas company.
