The Role of Managerial Skills in the Efficiency of Rice Growers in Mazandaran Province.

Abstract
The role of managerial skills is one of the effective factors in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations. The aim of this study is to identify the role of technical, human and perceptual skills of managers on rice production and to determine the effective factors on the efficiency of rice growers. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of its method. The study population is all managers of the Agricultural Jihad Organization in the cities of Mazandaran Province, 51 people. Using the Morgan table, 44 people were selected by simple random sampling method in 1403. The data collection method is in two ways: library and field. The library method uses articles, books, internet, etc. In the field method, the tool used is two questionnaires (manager skills and rice farmers' efficiency in Mazandaran province). After distributing the questionnaires, methods available in descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, multiple regression) were used, and hypotheses and the effect of managerial skills (technical, human, and perceptual) on the efficiency of rice farmers in Mazandaran province were examined using SPSS statistical software for data analysis. The statistical method used in this article is the one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and linear regression. According to the results of data analysis, it indicates that the technical, human, and perceptual skills of managers have a positive and significant effect on improving their performance in the efficiency of rice farmers in Mazandaran province.
