Investigating the impact of multiple intelligences on organizational agility (Case study: Mazandaran Province Gas Administration)

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to investigate the effect of organizational intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on organizational agility in the Gas Department of Mazandaran Province. This research is an applied research based on its objectives and is based on data collection and a descriptive-survey research design. The statistical population of Mazandaran Gas Company employees is 2106 people. The Morgan table was used to determine the sample size, which is equal to 326 people. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. The multiple intelligence questionnaire includes the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Karl Albrecht (2003), the spiritual intelligence questionnaire of King (2014), and the standard emotional intelligence questionnaire of Kron (2007), and the organizational agility questionnaire of Jean et al. (2021). Then, by obtaining the questionnaires and the information obtained from the hypotheses, they were analyzed using SPSS22 and Smart PLS4 software. The findings showed that organizational intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on organizational agility in the Gas Administration of Mazandaran Province. And according to the results of the hypothesis test, the main hypothesis of the research was confirmed and as a result, multiple intelligences have a positive and significant effect on organizational agility in the Gas Administration of Mazandaran Province.
