[English]

Managers and employees are important elements of the organization. Most of the position of managers is based on their influence in the minds of employees and subordinates. It is important for managers to understand and practice the skills that can motivate people and establish the necessary coordination between the individual's personality and the needs of the organization. In this research, the relationship between managers' organizational intelligence and transformational leadership style has been investigated. The statistical population includes all the managers in all the subsidiary units of Mazandaran Province Telecommunication Company. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, 81 managers, supervisors and experts were randomly selected. The current research is a type of descriptive-survey research of the correlation type. The data collection tool is set through a standard questionnaire. The result of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicates that the claim of normality of the corresponding distribution is accepted. Therefore, we should have used the Pearson test to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between 6 dimensions of managers' organizational intelligence (alignment and harmony, performance pressure, commitment and optimism, willingness to change, strategic vision and common destiny) and transformational leadership style. However, there is no significant relationship between the dimension of knowledge development) and transformational leadership style. Also, the results of the ranking of different dimensions of organizational intelligence, which was used by Friedman's test, show that, respectively, the indicators of alignment and congruence, performance pressure, commitment and Optimism, willingness to change, strategic vision, development of knowledge and common destiny have the degree of desirability and importance.
