The Impact of Targeted Digital Advertising on Users' Purchase Intention with the Mediating Role of Media Trust

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of targeted digital advertising on users’ purchase intention, with a focus on the mediating role of media trust. The research adopts a quantitative approach and employs structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS4 software. The statistical population consists of active users of digital platforms (Instagram and Telegram) in Iran, among whom a sample of 350 individuals was selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via a standardized questionnaire consisting of three main constructs: targeted digital advertising , media trust , and purchase intention. The validity of the instrument was confirmed through content validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity. Reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability, both indicating acceptable levels. Findings reveal that targeted digital advertising has a positive and significant effect on both media trust and purchase intention. Moreover, media trust acts as a mediator, strengthening the indirect effect of targeted digital advertising on purchase intention. Model fit indices also suggest a good overall model fit. The results emphasize the importance of building trust in digital media to enhance the effectiveness of advertising. It is recommended that media organizations and marketers focus on improving the quality of advertising content, increasing transparency, and enhancing the credibility of digital platforms.

Investigating the Impact of Blockchain Technology on the Inclination toward Green Entrepreneurship with Emphasis on the Mediating Role of Digital Knowledge Sharing Among Startup Entrepreneurs

This study aims to investigate the impact of blockchain technology on the inclination toward green entrepreneurship, with a focus on the mediating role of digital knowledge sharing among startup entrepreneurs in Iran. Drawing on the Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), this research evaluates the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the adoption of blockchain technology and its role in enhancing the inclination toward green entrepreneurship through digital knowledge sharing. A quantitative research approach was employed, and data were collected using a standardized 7-point Likert scale questionnaire from 420 startup entrepreneurs in the cities of Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that perceived usefulness (β = 0.38, p < 0.01) and perceived ease of use (β = 0.34, p < 0.01) have a strong impact on blockchain adoption. Blockchain adoption directly (β = 0.33, p < 0.01) and indirectly, through digital knowledge sharing (β = 0.15, p < 0.01), had a significant positive effect on the inclination toward green entrepreneurship. Digital knowledge sharing partially mediated this relationship, strengthening its effect. These findings underscore the importance of developing blockchain infrastructure and promoting digital knowledge sharing to foster green entrepreneurship. The results of this study can assist policymakers and entrepreneurs in designing educational and infrastructural programs to create sustainable ecosystems.

Philosophical analysis of bureaucracy and its types in organization and management theories

Bureaucracy has always been presented as one of the fundamental and structural concepts in organizational and management theories. This concept, which is rooted in classical thoughts such as the works of Max Weber, is recognized not only as a model for efficiency and order within organizations but has also undergone numerous re-evaluations and interpretations over time, each emphasizing specific dimensions of it. This article attempts to re-examine the concept of bureaucracy as a modern organizational phenomenon by adopting a philosophical approach. This analysis not only investigates the theoretical foundations of bureaucracy from the perspectives of thinkers such as Weber, Mintzberg, Foucault, and Habermas, but also considers its trajectory of change and evolution within the context of various organizational theories. Furthermore, different types of bureaucracy, including the classic, professional, administrative, ideological, and machine forms, are analyzed to determine how these various forms have emerged in different organizational contexts and what functions and consequences they have brought to contemporary management. The present analysis demonstrates that bureaucracy is not merely a structure, but rather a mindset and a managerial paradigm that, while efficient, also faces serious challenges such as inflexibility, reduced creativity, and depersonalization.

Philosophical Analysis Of Behavioral Theories And Their Relationship To Management And Organization.

Behavioral theories emerged as a dominant paradigm in the 20th century, relying on principles such as positivism and objective study. Behavioral theories are one of the most important schools of psychology that emphasize the influence of the environment on human behavior. This article examines the philosophical analysis of these theories. Management and organization are directly related to behavioral theories in the social sciences and management. Behavioral theories examine the behavior of individuals and groups in organizational environments and, therefore, can have a great impact on the management and structure of organizations. The philosophical foundations of behavioral theories strengthen the scientific and empirical view of management and make managers rely on objective and observable data to solve organizational problems. Ignoring subjective factors and the complexities of the organization are among the criticisms that have been made of these theories.
Behavioral theory has a direct and key relationship with organizations and management because it focuses on the behavior of individuals and groups in the workplace and helps managers understand, predict, and guide employee behavior. This theory believes that employee behavior is shaped by environmental stimuli, rewards, and punishments.

Analysis Of Organizational And Management Change And Its Role In Employee ehavior

In the present era, change and transformation are inevitable and must be designed and managed in order to create constructive and effective transformations in organizations. Therefore, none of the transformation strategies have as much impact on the success or failure of the relevant programs as behavioral strategies, because if such a transformation is achieved, achieving the goals of transformation in other fields such as structural changes, technology, and tasks will be very easy. These strategies must pay due attention to the attitudes, beliefs, behavior, and personality of people. Management and human resources, regardless of what role they play in the organization and how important they are, are undoubtedly the most important factor in setting the wheel of the organization in motion, and the effectiveness and efficiency of any change and transformation depends on the type of performance of management and other human resources. In order to build future organizations in line with the upcoming developments, a culture with five characteristics of "self-motivation, self-management, self-organization, responsibility, and self-control" must be developed in them.

The primary objective of this study is to examine the effect of information disclosure on mitigating information asymmetry among joint-stock companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). Employing a quantitative approach and panel data analysis covering the period from 2021 to 2025 (Iranian calendar years 1400–1404), this research tests the proposed hypotheses. The statistical population comprises all companies listed on the TSE, from which a sample of 185 firms was selected through systematic screening criteria. Data pertaining to information disclosure were extracted using quantitative and qualitative indicators derived from financial statements, board of directors' meeting minutes, independent audit reports, and periodic disclosures published via the Codal system. Information asymmetry was measured using models based on analyst forecast dispersion, abnormal trading volume, and liquidity indicators. Statistical analyses were conducted using EViews software (Version 12) and advanced econometric techniques, including stationarity tests, multicollinearity diagnostics, fixed and random effects models, and dynamic panel data estimation. The findings reveal that information disclosure exerts a statistically significant negative effect on information asymmetry. Furthermore, corporate governance quality and firm size, as control variables, were found to moderate this relationship. The results indicate that informational transparency substantially contributes to reducing the knowledge gap between managers and investors, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing stock liquidity. By providing up-to-date empirical evidence from the Iranian capital market, this study underscores the necessity of strengthening regulatory disclosure frameworks and integrating non-financial reporting standards.
