Investigate the relationship between quality of work life was effective human resource management

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between qualities of work life was effective human resource management. The population of the city municipal employees that was 340. With morgan and kerejcie diagnosed table and simple random sampling of 181 individuals chosen Later were asked to answer a questionnaire study. This research was descriptive- Correlation. To collect data Standard questionnaires were used human resource management effectiveness and quality of work life questionnaire. Data for the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The descriptive statistics by using frequency, percentage and graphs to describe the variables studied, The inferential statistics, regression and correlation coefficient and Pearsoun was using the assumptions of this study. All data analysis was performed using SPSS-18 software.The findings suggests that the level of significance (0.000) is smaller than the error 5%. Therefore, we conclude there is a significant relationship between effective human resources management in the organization of work, the development of human capabilities, payment of fair and adequate provision of health, the health and growth opportunities and continuous security staff.
