Abstract
Today, because of the development of the blockchain concept, various types of uses of this technology can be seen. Non-fungible tokens are a type of asset which can be created and traded using blockchain technology, assets which can be traded with notable safety on a decentralized database. Non-fungible tokens have also become o ne of the inseparable parts of Metaverse, which has attracted numerous investors recently. Because of the explosive growth of Web3 and entering the huge companies into this area for buying and selling assets using Non-fungible tokens in 2022, an unavoidable concept called NFT has appeared. A concept that plays a significant role in today's business world. In this paper we tried finding the economic opportunities and challenges made by NFTs by reviewing the basic and technical elements of this technology and then the commercial factors that determine NFTs' place as a new type of asset in the market.
