Entrepreneurship management and its functions in organizations

In the information age, the main advantage lies in entrepreneurial capital. Entrepreneurship in today's advanced world is rapidly becoming the main competitive advantage of organizations. The growing role of entrepreneurship, innovation and new technologies in creating strategic advantages and the importance of entrepreneurial resources in the management of organizations has led to the category of entrepreneurship management at the heart of strategic policies of organizations. Accordingly, special attention to entrepreneurship management is necessary to achieve the goals of organizations and explaining the position of entrepreneurship management and its functions in organizations is one of the objectives of this study. The method of the present research is library. Entrepreneurship management can be integrated by integrating entrepreneurial capital of organizations in different sectors and directly affecting concepts such as customer orientation, organizational learning, promoting organizational culture, leadership and smart decision making, process redesign, entrepreneurial production New and transforming implicit entrepreneurship into explicit, to improve the level of activities and achieve the desired goals. Of course, organizations can not benefit from these functions without having a clear strategy in using entrepreneurial management, and strategic policies must be formulated in this regard.
