Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of business intelligence on competitiveness with regard to the mediating role of entrepreneurship orientation in small and medium-sized businesses in Mazandaran province. This research is an applied research based on the goals and is based on data collection and research design in a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of all small and medium business managers in Mazandaran province with about 1700 people. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. The sample size was 313 persons. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire which was distributed among the sample population and analyzed by SPSS software and analyzed by means of SPSS software. After the analysis, it was concluded that business intelligence had a significant effect on entrepreneurship and competitiveness, as well as on entrepreneurship orientation on competitiveness. Also, entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role on the impact of business intelligence on competitiveness in small and medium sized businesses in Mazandaran province.
