Model design of urban entrepreneurship development policies and processes in the social context Tehran City

The purpose of this research was to identify the dimensions and components of policies and the process of urban entrepreneurship development in the social context of Tehran city in order to develop a comprehensive model of urban entrepreneurship in order to reduce social harms. Qualitative and quantitative research methods and data-based theory have been used. After selecting 20 urban entrepreneurship experts and entrepreneurship experts using snowball sampling and semi-structured interviews, data were collected and then analyzed in three stages of open, central and selective coding. And then, 6 main components along with 50 sub-indices were identified. Results of the main category; The model process confirms the development process of urban entrepreneurship in the framework of the city of Tehran consisting of social factors, politics and laws, urban economy, good urban governance, urban cultural factors and urban physical factors. Also, in the quantitative part, the data of this research was confirmed with the help of structural equation test. The results of the research increase the information of managers, experts and researchers in the field of the dimensions and components of the policy model and the development of urban entrepreneurship in the social context of Tehran.
