Abstract
The inconsistency of banks in asset and debt management means that the growth of their assets is lower than the interest rate of deposits, which in the payment system is called the debt growth rate, and this issue will bring problems for the country. The concept of imbalance, especially the imbalance of banks' balance sheets, is not related to its accounting concept, because from the accounting point of view, banks' balance sheets are always balanced. Therefore, the concept of non-compliance of banks refers to its economic and financial concept, not the accounting concept. For example, if the quality of the bank's assets is not favorable, for example, if they have a low liquidation rate so that they cannot be used to meet cash needs, the bank will face the problem of imbalance. Therefore, if a bank or financial institution does not have sufficient funds easily and at a reasonable cost to provide its immediate, short-term and long-term liquidity, the first sign of the critical situation of the imbalance of that bank or financial institution. In the present study, the causes of imbalance in the banking network of Iran and the solutions for its adjustment are discussed.
