Abstract
The purpose of this research is the effect of responsible leadership on the sharing of creative ideas with the mediating role of organizational identity and the moderating role of organizational culture (case study: General Department of Industry, Mining and Trade of Mazandaran Province). This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of the General Department of Industry, Mining and Trade of Mazandaran province, which was 400 people, using the limited population of Cochran, the sample number of 196 people was selected by simple random method. The field method was used to collect the primary data using a five-choice Likert questionnaire, and the library method was used to collect the secondary data. The validity of the questionnaire has been used using the method of content validity and face validity, and its reliability has been calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation modeling method and SMARTPLS3.0 software were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the research showed that responsible leadership has a positive and significant effect on the sharing of creative ideas with the mediating role of organizational identity and the moderating role of organizational culture.
