Investigating the relationship between safety and health measures and crisis management in the recycling industries of Rata Shomal

Abstract
By implementing safety and health principles, direct and indirect costs are reduced, and by increasing human productivity, the general level of health of the organization and society is improved, and fewer legal problems arise for owners and economic activists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between safety and health measures and crisis management in Rata Shomal Recycling Industries. The statistical population of the present study is the employees of Rata Shomal Recycling Industries, which are 100 people, and the statistical sample is estimated to be 80 people according to the Morgan table. In this study, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Cronbach's alpha test, and regression test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between safety training and supervision, safety consultation, management commitment, safety reporting, and work safety compliance procedures and crisis management in Rata Shomal Recycling Industries Company.
