Abstract
In the present era, change and transformation are inevitable and must be designed and managed in order to create constructive and effective transformations in organizations. Therefore, none of the transformation strategies have as much impact on the success or failure of the relevant programs as behavioral strategies, because if such a transformation is achieved, achieving the goals of transformation in other fields such as structural changes, technology, and tasks will be very easy. These strategies must pay due attention to the attitudes, beliefs, behavior, and personality of people. Management and human resources, regardless of what role they play in the organization and how important they are, are undoubtedly the most important factor in setting the wheel of the organization in motion, and the effectiveness and efficiency of any change and transformation depends on the type of performance of management and other human resources. In order to build future organizations in line with the upcoming developments, a culture with five characteristics of "self-motivation, self-management, self-organization, responsibility, and self-control" must be developed in them.
