Presenting the model of digital innovation in the development of system management: A new approach in banking business

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the model of digital innovation in the development of system management with a new approach in banking business. In this research, which has a qualitative approach and uses the foundation’s data method for the research method, the data is extracted and analyzed through semi-structured interviews with 14 university professors in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship and experts in banking affairs. the continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The proposed solution of this research is to provide a comprehensive model in the banking system in order to create a high level of changes in the development of business model in the form of 8 main components including individual, managerial and organizational factors as causal conditions, factors related to information technology infrastructures. And regulatory and legal factors as background conditions, development factors and organization promotion as strategies and value creation factors as outcomes, which have 20 secondary codes and 67 conceptual codes
