Designing a general competency model for managers in Tabaristan Plastic Complex

Abstract
In the world's economic system, emphasizing the increasing competition of economic enterprises in order to capture a larger share of the market and earn more profit, the management of resources and human capital is one of the effective factors in achieving this success. The importance and role of human capital in creating and improving the competitive advantage of companies and economic organizations is not hidden from anyone. One of the most important things related to human resources management is the development of a model and program to identify and provide the specifications and characteristics needed by managers in order to achieve the long-term goals of organizations in the downstream oil and gas industries. For this purpose, a questionnaire containing 56 components was extracted from the study of research literature, interviews with the experts of the mentioned industry. Using Friedman's coefficient and statistical analysis, 56 components were identified as influencing the general competence of managers and were classified into 7 factors. which includes competencies related to leadership, executive, organizational, specialized, individual and interpersonal perception. Then, in the next step, using the exploratory factor analysis method, the 7 factors identified in the first step were reduced to two groups of leadership competencies and personality competencies.
