Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of responsible leadership on the sharing of creative ideas with the mediating role of organizational identity and the moderating role of organizational culture in the General Department of Industry, Mining and Trade of Mazandaran Province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of the General Department of Industry, Mining and Trade of Mazandaran Province, numbering 400 people. Using Cochran's limited population formula, 196 people were selected as a sample through simple random sampling. Primary data were collected using a field method with a standard five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and secondary data were extracted through library research. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content and face validity, and its reliability was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used using SmartPLS3 software. The final results of the research showed that responsible leadership has a positive and significant effect on the sharing of creative ideas. Furthermore, organizational identity plays a significant mediating role in this relationship, and organizational culture, as a moderating variable, has a positive and significant effect on these relationships.
