چکیده

خلاقیت سازمانی به عنوان یک ساختار معماری، پایه ای برای ساختن قابلیت ها و در نتیجه، توانائی هایی است که شرکت ها می توانند به واسطه آن به اهداف خود دست یابند. هدف این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر خلاقیت سازمانی بر شایستگی تجارت بین الملل با نقش میانجی قابلیت های نوآورانه و کارآفرینی می باشد. نوع تحقیق حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری این تحقیق مدیران شرکت ایران خودرو می باشند، بدین منظور تعداد 95 پرسشنامه بین مدیران که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شده اند، توزیع و جمع آوری گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده های تحقیق پرسشنامه بوده که روائی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. همچنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart-PLS استفاده گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که خلاقیت سازمانی بر قابلیت نوآوری و قابلیت کارآفرینی و بر شایستگی تجارت بین الملل تاثیر معناداری دارد. قابلیت نوآوری و قابلیت کارآفرینی نیز بر شایستگی تجارت بین الملل تاثیر معناداری دارند. همچنین قابلیت نوآوری و قابلیت کارآفرینی هر دو بین تاثیر خلاقیت سازمانی بر شایستگی تجارت بین الملل نقش میانجی دارند.

چکیده [English]

Organizational creativity as an architectural structure is a foundation for building capabilities and, as a result, capabilities that companies can use to achieve their goals. Therefore, the present research examines the impact of organizational creativity on international trade competence with the mediating role of innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities in Iran Khodro Company. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of organizational creativity on international business competence, with the mediating role of innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. The present research is a descriptive survey, and the statistical population of this research is the managers of Iran Khodro Company. For this purpose, 95 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the managers who were selected by the census method. The tool for collecting research data is a questionnaire, whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. Also, SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data. The results of the present research showed that organizational creativity has a significant effect on innovation and entrepreneurial ability and on the competence of international trade. Innovation and entrepreneurship abilities also have a significant effect on international business competence. Also, innovation ability and entrepreneurship ability both play a mediating role between the impacts of organizational creativity on international business competence.
