چکیده

هدف اصلی این مقاله توصیف صریح و بررسی امکان رهبری سازمانی بر مبنای خِرد سازمانی بود. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی، با نگاهی پدیدارشناسانه از نوع توصیفی بود. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی مبنای نظری و ادبیات موجود به تبیین توسعه رهبری در مدل خِرد به عنوان یک پدیده نوظهور در پاسخ به پنج سئوال کلیدی اقدام شد. در بخش نخست به چیستی مفهوم خِرد و سپس به وضعیت آن در علوم معاصر و مدل های مبتنی بر خِرد به اختصار اشاره شد. در ادامه ضمن بررسی پیامدهای متفاوت توسعه رهبری در مدل خِرد از «خِرد در عمل رهبران» بحث شد و در نهایت مولفه های روشی توسعه رهبری در مدل خِرد احصاء و تبیین شد. نتایج نشان داده اند که مولفه های کلیدی توسعه رهبری در مدل خِرد با گذار از آموزش رهبری به تربیت رهبر، بهره گیری از رویکرد زیبایی شناسانه، توسعه رهبری در موقعیت خاص، ضرورت تفکر میان رشته ای و چند رشته ای برای رهبران، ضرورت خویشتن بانی و گذار از رفتار سازمانی به عمل سازمانی قابل صورت بندی است.

The main purpose of this article was to explicitly describe and examine the possibility of organizational leadership based on organizational wisdom. The qualitative research approach was descriptive with a phenomenological view. In this article, while examining the existing theoretical basis and literature, the development of leadership in the micro-model as an emerging phenomenon was answered in response to five key questions. In the first part, what is the concept of reason and then its status in contemporary sciences and models based on reason was briefly mentioned. Then, while examining the different consequences of leadership development in the micro model, "wisdom in the practice of leaders" was discussed, and finally, the methodological components of leadership development in the micro model were enumerated and explained. The results show that the key components of leadership development in the micro model with the transition from leadership training to leadership training, using an aesthetic approach, leadership development in a specific situation, the need for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary thinking for leaders, the need for self-determination And the transition from organizational behavior to organizational action can be formulated.
