The aime of the this research is to determine the relationship between organizational support and organizational rationalism in the municipality of Tabriz metropolis. This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. In order to determine the relationship between organizational support and organizational rationalism of the Tabriz metropolitan municipality, organizational support from the model of Watankhah et al. In this regard, one main hypothesis and four sub-hypotheses have been prepared. The statistical population of this research is the official employees of Tabriz metropolis. According to the statistics provided by the officials, this community is 3760 people, the sample size was obtained using the Cochran formula of 374 people and was randomly selected based on the ten districts of the municipality. The data collection tools in this research are two standard questionnaires; The organizational support questionnaire is from Vatankhah et al.'s questionnaire (2016) and the organizational rationality questionnaire is from Agan et al.'s (2017) questionnaire, which after the reliability test (organizational support, 0.953; organizational rationalism: 0.949) and its validity was provided to the statistical sample. In order to, analyze the statistical data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used, and at the inferential level, correlation tests, linear regression, and spss software have been used to test research hypotheses. . The results show that there is a relationship between organizational support and its dimensions (organizational support, promotion, empowerment, and organizational reward) with organizational rationalism in Tabriz metropolitan municipality.
