The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of job satisfaction and loyalty on the tendency of education teachers to have two jobs. This research is descriptive-survey based on the objectives, applied research, and based on data collection and research design. The statistical population of the research is all middle school teachers of Mazandaran province, which according to statistics is around 12,250 people. According to Cochran's formula, a sample of 373 people should be selected. which were selected by simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire designed by Al-Sharnoubi and Albana (2021) was used to measure the variables. The validity of the content of these questionnaires has been confirmed by the supervisor and a number of other professors. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method. The calculated alpha value is equal to 0.859, which can be said that the current research has acceptable reliability. By taking the questionnaires and the information obtained from the researched hypotheses, they were analyzed using SPSS and PLS4 software. The results show that job satisfaction and loyalty have a negative and significant effect on the tendency of education teachers to have two jobs. Also, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of education teachers.
