In this article, the methods of project financing are investigated and analyzed. Also, with a survey of oil industry experts, the ranking of downstream financing methods of oil and gas industries has been done according to the conditions of Iran. For ranking, the criteria of risk, efficiency, flexibility, easy access and transfer of technology were extracted and the survey process was done based on these items. Finally, the methods were prioritized using TOPSIS decision making method. The results of the TOPSIS decision making method identified three BOT methods, profit sharing and production participation as suitable financing methods for Iran in this sector.
