چکیده

ظهور فناوری‌های جدید به طور مداوم موجبات تحول در جوامع امروزی را پدید می‌آورد و در این میان فناوری اطلاعات از موثرترین آن‌ها می‌باشد. سازمان ها برای حفظ بقا همزمان با پیشرفت فناوری، باید تسلط بر فناوری های جدیدی را در کسب وکارها یک الزام و ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر تلقی کنند. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این تحقیق نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر رضایت ارتباطات و یادگیری سازمانی بطور جامع شناسایی و معرفی نموده است. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی نقش فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطات و یادگیری سازمانی بوده است. روش تحقیق، مروری سیستماتیک می باشد. و در انتها نیز نتیجه گیری انجام شده است. نتایج حاکی از آنست که فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطات و یادگیری سازمانی نقش موثری داشته است. بنابراین،  با شناسایی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر رضایت ارتباطات و یادگیری سازمانی، دیدی کامل و جامع، جهت بهره گیری سیاست گذاران در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ایجاد نموده ایم.

چکیده [English]

The emergence of new technologies is constantly creating changes in today's societies, and among them, information technology is one of the most effective. To survive as technology advances, organizations must consider mastering new technologies in businesses as an inevitable necessity. Given the importance of this topic, this study has comprehensively identified and introduced the role of information and communication technology on communication satisfaction and organizational learning. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of information technology on communication satisfaction and organizational learning. The research method is a systematic review. And in the end, a conclusion is made. The results indicate that information technology has played an effective role in communication satisfaction and organizational learning. Therefore, by recognizing the impact of information and communication technology on communication satisfaction and organizational learning, we have created a complete and comprehensive view for the benefit of policy makers in the field of information and communication technology.
