چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های سیاست ها و فرایند توسعة کارآفرینی شهری در بستر اجتماعی شهر تهران به منظور تدوین الگوی جامع کارآفرینی شهری در راستای کاهش آسیب های اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش کیفی و کمی و از نظریه یرخاسته از داده استفاده شده است. پس از انتخاب 20 نفر از خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی شهری و صاحب نظران کارآفرینی با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، داده ها گردآوری و سپس در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. و در ادامه، 6 مؤلفه اصلی به همراه 50 زیر شاخص شناسایی شد. نتایج مقوله اصلی؛ فرآیند الگو فرایند توسعة کارآفرینی شهری در بستر شهر تهران را متشکل از عوامل اجتماعی، سیاست و قوانین، اقتصاد شهری، حکمروایی خوب شهری، عوامل فرهنگی شهری و عوامل کالبدی شهری را تأیید می کند. همچنین در بخش کمی داده های این پژوهش به کمک آزمون معادلات ساختاری مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش، اطلاعات مدیران، صاحبنظران و محققان را در زمینه ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدل سیاست و توسعه کارآفرینی شهری در بستر اجتماعی شهر تهران افزایش می دهد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to identify the dimensions and components of policies and the process of urban entrepreneurship development in the social context of Tehran city in order to develop a comprehensive model of urban entrepreneurship in order to reduce social harms. Qualitative and quantitative research methods and data-based theory have been used. After selecting 20 urban entrepreneurship experts and entrepreneurship experts using snowball sampling and semi-structured interviews, data were collected and then analyzed in three stages of open, central and selective coding. And then, 6 main components along with 50 sub-indices were identified. Results of the main category; The model process confirms the development process of urban entrepreneurship in the framework of the city of Tehran consisting of social factors, politics and laws, urban economy, good urban governance, urban cultural factors and urban physical factors. Also, in the quantitative part, the data of this research was confirmed with the help of structural equation test. The results of the research increase the information of managers, experts and researchers in the field of the dimensions and components of the policy model and the development of urban entrepreneurship in the social context of Tehran.
