The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of social capital in the effect of servant leadership on strategic agility in the tourism industry of Mazandaran province. This research is based on the objectives of applied research and is based on data collection and research design in a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the present study consists of all managers and employees of five-star and luxury hotels in Mazandaran province, which include the five-star Host Babolsar Hotel, Parsian Azadi Khazar (Hite) Chalos Hotel, Marwarid Khazar Hotel Mahmudabad, Venus Plus Chalos Hotel, and Lilium Hotel. Qo Salman Shahr Motel, the total number of managers and employees is 1026 people. The tool for collecting information is standard questionnaires. Then, the sample was divided among people and analyzed using SPSS22 and Smart PLS4 software. The findings from inferential statistics showed that servant leadership has a significant impact on social capital and strategic agility in the tourism industry. And social capital also has a significant impact on strategic agility in the tourism industry. Finally, social capital plays a mediating role in the effect of servant leadership on strategic agility in the tourism industry.
