ارائه الگوی نوآوری دیجیتال در توسعه مدیریت سیستم: رویکردی نوین در کسب‌وکارهای بانکی

چکیده
نوآوری دیجیتال به‌عنوان پیشرانی استراتژیک، نقشی حیاتی در تحول کسب‌وکارهای بانکی و توسعه مدیریت سیستم ایفا می‌کند. با وجود اهمیت موضوع، شکاف نظری در خصوص چگونگی بهبود عملکرد مدیریت سیستم از طریق نوآوری دیجیتال مشهود است. لذا، هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی نوآوری دیجیتال در توسعه مدیریت سیستم با رویکردی نوین در کسب‌وکارهای بانکی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی و مبتنی بر روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق با 14 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و خبرگان متخصص در امور بانکی که به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، گردآوری گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش منجر به شناسایی مقوله‌های اصلی شامل عوامل فردی، مدیریتی، سازمانی، محیطی، نظارتی و قانونی، زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات، عوامل توسعه‌ای و عوامل ایجاد ارزش شد. در نهایت، الگوی پارادایمی پژوهش در قالب شرایط علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها تدوین گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد نهادینه‌سازی نوآوری دیجیتال نیازمند توجه همزمان به عوامل انسانی، مدیریتی و سازمانی است. بانک‌ها با اتخاذ استراتژی‌های توسعه مدیریت سیستم و بازنگری در زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات می‌توانند ضمن خنثی‌سازی تهدیدات محیطی و قانونی، به مزیت رقابتی پایدار، افزایش بهره‌وری و مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار دست یابند..

A Proposed Digital Innovation Framework for System Management Development: An Emerging Approach in the Banking Industry

Digital innovation, functioning as a strategic driver, plays a vital role in transforming banking operations and advancing system management. Despite its significance, a theoretical gap persists regarding how digital innovation can effectively enhance system management performance. Therefore, this study aims to develop a comprehensive model of digital innovation for system management development utilizing a novel approach within the banking sector. This developmental research employs a qualitative approach grounded in the grounded theory method. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 14 university professors and banking experts, selected via purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The collected data were rigorously analyzed using MAXQDA software across three systematic stages: open, axial, and selective coding. The analysis identified several core categories, including individual, managerial, organizational, environmental, regulatory and legal factors, IT infrastructure, developmental factors, and value creation elements. Consequently, the study's paradigm model was successfully structured around causal, contextual, and intervening conditions, alongside actionable strategies and ultimate consequences. The findings indicate that institutionalizing digital innovation necessitates concurrent attention to human, managerial, and organizational dimensions. By implementing targeted system management development strategies and upgrading IT infrastructures, banks can effectively mitigate environmental and legal threats, achieve sustainable competitive advantages, enhance overall productivity, and successfully reengineer their business processes.
