چکیده

نظام آموزشی مناسب، بویژه آموزش عالی پیش شرط اصلی توسعه یافتگی هر کشور و حرکت کشور در مسیر کشورهای جهان اول خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش و جایگاه آموزش عالی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است. پشتوانۀ نظری این پژوهش، بر نظریه‎های سرمایۀ انسانی، توسعۀ انسانی و رویکردهای مرتبط با بازده سرمایه‌گذاری در آموزش متکی است. بدین ترتیب، این مقاله فرایند دستیابی به توسعه اقتصادی را از طریق آموزش عالی جست و جو و بیان میکند. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع کتابخانه ای و با بررسی کتاب ها و مقالات داخلی و خارجی صورت گرفته است. نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر آن است که اولا،ً افزایش بهره وری آموزش عالی، تأثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر رشد اقتصادی دارد. ثانیاً، سرمایه گذاری در آموزش دانشگاهی، بر رشد اقتصادی تأثیر مثبتی خواهد داشت. پرواضح است که علاوه بر گسترش کمی و کیفی نظام دانشگاهی برای رسیدن به توسعه‌ای متوازن و فراگیر و عادلانه عوامل دیگری چون زیرساخت‌ها، وضع محیط کلان اقتصادی، سطح بهداشت و آموزش جمعیت کشور، اندازۀ بازار، بازار باز، ثبات سیاسی و دموکراسی، بازده کالاهای تولیدی، بازار کار و مالی، آمادگی فناورانه، شرایط سیاسی، ثبات اقتصادی و اجتماعی، وجودنداشتن فساد، بروکراسی کارآمد و ... باید حضور داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

A suitable educational system, especially higher education, will be the main prerequisite for the development of any country and the country's movement in the direction of the first world countries. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role and position of higher education in economic growth and development. The theoretical basis of this research is based on the theories of human capital, human development and approaches related to the return on investment in education. Thus, this article explores and describes the process of achieving economic development through higher education. The research method of this research is library type and by reviewing domestic and foreign books and articles. The obtained results indicate that, firstly, increasing the productivity of higher education has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Second, investment in university education will have a positive effect on economic growth. It is clear that in addition to the quantitative and qualitative expansion of the university system, in order to achieve a balanced, comprehensive and fair development, other factors such as infrastructure, the state of the macroeconomic environment, the level of health and education of the country's population, the size of the market, the open market, political stability and democracy, the efficiency of goods production, labor and financial market, technological readiness, political conditions, economic and social stability, absence of corruption, efficient bureaucracy, etc. must be present.
