بررسی تاثیرکیفیت افشای ماهیت کسب و کار و عملکرد مالی بر قضاوت سرمایه گذاران (مطالعه موردی: شرکت های سرمایه گذار در بندر امیرآباد)

چکیده
این تحقیق نقش ذهنیت گرایی سرمایه گذاران در مورد پیش بینی سود شرکت ها را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر کیفیت افشای ماهیت کسب و کار گزارش تفسیری مدیریت و عملکرد مالی شرکت بر قضاوت سرمایه گذاران در خصوص سرمایه گذاری در بندر امیراباد می باشد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه مبتنی بر سناریو استفاده شده است. قلمرو زمانی پژوهش سال 1401 ،جامعه آماری شامل تمامی سرمایه گذاران حرفه ای فعال در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی بندر امیراباد و نمونه پژوهش شامل 70 سرمایه گذار است. به منظور آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش از تحلیل واریانس تک متغیره استفاده شد و تخمین های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس 16 و پی ال اس انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش اشاره دارد که در شرایط داشتن کیفیت عملکرد مالی و کیفیت افشای ماهیت کسب و کار، تمایل سرمایه گذاران برای سرمایه گذاری در بندر امیر آباد افزایش می یابد. علاوه براین، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هنگامی که کیفیت افشای ماهیت کسب و کار و کیفیت عملکرد مالی وجود داشته باشد، سرمایه گذاران سود شرکت را بیشتر در نظر میگیرند.

چکیده English

This research examines the role of investors' subjectiveness in predicting the profits of companies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the quality of the disclosure of the nature of the business, the explanatory report of the management and financial performance of the company on the judgment of investors regarding investment in Amirabad port. In order to collect data, a scenario-based questionnaire was used. The time domain of the research is 1401, the statistical population includes all the professional investors active in the special economic zone of Amirabad port, and the research sample includes 70 investors. In order to test the research hypotheses, univariate analysis of variance was used and the research estimates were made using SPSS 16 and PLS software. The results of the research indicate that in the conditions of having the quality of financial performance and the quality of disclosure of the nature of the business, the willingness of investors to invest in Amirabad port increases. In addition, the results of the research showed that when there is a quality disclosure of the nature of the business and the quality of financial performance, investors consider the company's profit more.
